    Hi Parimala,

    Good one. I would like to add couple of points.

    1. UAT Test Cases. Many times these are asked by customer much before testing is complete or testing is in progress.

    2. Training Material prepared for End User Training

    Parimala,

    This mind map is looking as a useful tool for me.

    I had collated the test ideas for a Pen. Few among those test ideas included marketing and sales claims made for selling the pen. I received lot of laughs seeing those ideas.

    This map shows how those ideas of claims testing can be useful.
